2. Return Eligibility

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened food products, including spice blends and seasonings, cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective item
  • the wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request:

  • photos of the damaged item
  • order details
  • description of the issue

After verification, we will either:

  • send a replacement product, or
  • issue a refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

Returns should only be sent after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • damaged items
  • defective products
  • incorrect orders.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened spice jars or food products
  • products damaged due to customer misuse
  • products returned after the 14-day return period

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
